José Borjas

José Borjas is a Honduran bassist and double bassist who has been living in Barcelona for two decades. He began his academic training at the National Conservatory of Honduras and was part of his country's National Symphony Orchestra. He founded musical projects that took him to high-level festivals in Central America and the United States. These experiences enhanced his sensitivity and musicality, immersing him in a deeper and more conscious search within the musical ocean that would soon lead him to Spain, where he encountered a variety of musical styles that nourish and expand his career. Since then, he has been invited to participate in important musical projects and festivals in Spain and parts of Europe, standing out for his passion, versatility, and unique sound.
