He begins his professional career at the company Cubanacan, being part of the orchestra Sonoridad, performing in various shows at the national level. In 1992, he joined the orchestra Charanga Latina under the direction of the violinist Enrique Álvarez. In 1994, with this orchestra, he toured Europe and stayed in Barcelona for 30 years, where he began a new phase and musical career, participating in important tours and accompanying major artists such as David Bisbal and Chenoa (for 9 years, he recorded editions of the Spanish television program, Operación Triunfo).
He has also worked alongside salsa artists such as Andy Montañez, Jerry Rivera, Ismael Miranda, Fruko y sus Tesos, Lucrecia, among others.
Additionally, he has participated in the recording of albums for bands like Sabor de Gracia, Parrita, or Jarabe de Palo.
